Once the feasibility of the project is clearly defined, you will receive a conceptual proposal from us.
Once we receive your order, the development process begins on our side. Based on your defined requirements, we develop a circuit diagram, initial design drafts, and — in continuous collaboration with you — a 3D CAD model leading to an optimal final result. Upon request, you will receive a STEP file from us to complete your design documentation.

For the final finishing touch, our products are deburred by hand in the last manufacturing step. Each block and plate is individually deburred and visually inspected for potential production defects or impurities. This provides a final quality check that allows us to guarantee the best possible end result.

For the final quality check, we test the functionality of the control blocks on our in‑house test bench. This ensures that any potential leakages can be detected and corrected to meet our high quality standards.
Fully assembled power units can be pre‑set upon request and subsequently undergo our quality assurance process. All products leave our facility thoroughly tested from top to bottom.

At the heart of this system are our hydraulic power units, which can be customized as individually as your application requires. We achieve this level of flexibility through a modular design system that allows the desired result to be realized economically.
From special-purpose power units to single-piece production and series manufacturing, we provide the right hydraulic power unit for your application — for example in industrial environments, vehicle construction, or shipbuilding.
Our standard technical performance range currently includes delivery rates up to 90 cm³ with drive powers up to 22 kW. In doing so, we achieve pressures up to 280 bar with tank sizes up to 2,000 liters.
Hydraulic power units outside this range can be offered based on your specific requirements.
Thanks to the integration of our in‑house block manufacturing, there are virtually no limits to what we can achieve.
